Features ofHDPE/LDPE Film Blowing Machine:
1. The screw and cylinder are made of 38CRMOAL alloy steel. With a combinationof fine finishing and nitrogen treatment, they deliver high hardness, strongcorrosion resistance, long using time.
2. The die head is plated with hard chrome and of screw mandrel type structure.The discharging is even. The blown plastic film has superior smooth finish. Theblower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
3. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding,which is driven by torque motor, with even and smoothrewinding and easy roll changing.
Application ofHDPE/LDPE Film Blowing Machine:
This plastic machine has been widely used in the market, as the preferredmachine for film-blowing factories. It is ideally suited for blowing suchplastic films as high density Polyethylene (HDPE), low density Polyethylene(LDPE) and linear low density Polyethylene (LLDPE), which are widely used forpacking foodstuff, garment, textile, daily-use articles and industrial productsetc. In addition, the raw material can be used to produce pearl film anddegradation film by filling a prescription.
