Flotation Process

The flotation process uses physical and chemical properties different from that of mineral surface in the mineral particles sorting process, formerly known as method of flotation, which is the most widely used method of mineral processing.

A wide variety of minerals can be used in flotation process, including
1. Sulphide minerals such as gold, silver, galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, chalcocite, molybdenite, pentlandite, etc.
2. Oxide minerals such as malachite, cerussite, smithsonite, hemimorphite, hematite, cassiterite, wolframite, ilmenite, beryl, spodumene, uranium, etc.
3. Non-metallic minerals like graphite, sulfur, diamond, quartz, mica, feldspar, etc.
4. Non-metallic saline minerals like fluorite, apatite, barite, etc.
5. Soluble saline minerals such as potassium salt, rock salt, etc.

The main machinery of the flotation process is in nude packing and spare parts are packed in wooden or steel box. The standard export packing is suitable for long distance delivery.
