Grape Processing Line
GrapeProcessing Line
This grape processing line is made on the basis of ouryears of experience in the manufacture of fruit processing line. It is combinedwith Italy and Taiwan grapepre-treating and post treating technologies. In our grape processing line, Italy vacuumpress is adopted. This patented new vacuum pressing system extracts must with aquality unachievable by traditional systems.
Featuresof Grape Processing Line
1. The daily output of our grape processing lineis available from 10 tons to 1500 tons.
2. This grape processing line can be used as a fruit processing line for othersimilar fruits.
3. PLC control system is adopted for the entire machine. All the electricalcomponents are imported from abroad.
4. Low temperature vacuum triple effect evaporator is adopted. It can save upto 30 percent of the energy. In the low temperature conditions, the nutritionand flavor of the grapes are kept. In addition, this triple effect evaporatoradopts recycling cooling water, which can effectively reduce water consumption.
5. This grape processing line has an enzyme and a degummingsystem, which function to pre-treat the must so as to improve its adaptabilityto the following processes.
6. It adopts a temperature controller and a multistepmust separating device, which can hold back as much of flocculation as possiblefor the stable performance of the juice.
7. This line is designed with the consideration of reserving the naturalfragrance ingredients of the must. The rising and falling of the temperature,material conveying and other operations are carried out in short time periodand distances. This can prevent the spillage of flavor ingredients and reducethe damage caused to the must while in high temperature. In addition, fragranceingredients recycling system is also equipped.
8. Tube type sterilization and aseptic filling ensures the quality of theproducts.
9. This line comes with CIP automatic cleaning function. The whole grapeprocessing line can be divided into several sections for isolated cleaning.
10. All the parts that are in contact with the materials are made of 304 stainless steel. It is in accordance with GMPstandards.
11. This grape processing line adopts imported vacuum press. It comes with thefollowing features.
Instant separation of high percentages of must during theloading stage.
Improved must quality thanks to extremely low operating pressures, which is notabove 0.7 to 0.9 atm, and never above atmosphericpressure.
Greater operational simplicity and total elimination of costsfor additional plant such as compressors, air reserve lines, etc.
Significantly reduced installed power requirements compared to other pressingsystems.
Capability of inspecting the membrane even during pressing.
Capability to process automatically in environments saturated with inert gas.
Capability to carry out carbonic maceration and crymaceration.
