BOPP, CPP, PET, PC, PVC as well as composite film and paper with the same properties can beprinted in the general rotogravure printing machine. The printing speed of this gravure press is 50m/min, while the mechanicalspeed is 60m/min.

1. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation.
2. The rotogravure printing machine is of combination type and can realizesingle sided, double sided, multi-color printing. It also offers meter countingfunction.
3. The material feeding device uses magnetic powder brake. The materialreceiving as well as traction adopts moment motor.
4. The printing ink circulates automatically with theink pump.
5. Thedrying system uses double oven tunnel. It is capable of drying 50m materials per minute. The top and bottom ovens of each printing unit adopt centrifugal blower to take in the air. The temperatureof oven can be adjusted and controlled automatically.
6. The doctor blade of the rotogravure printing machine can be adjusted up anddown, frontward and backward. Its angle is also adjustable. In addition, it canperform transverse motions repeatedly.
7. The material receiving and feeding device adopts double station turnoverstructure to realize material feeding andreceiving without stopping the machine.
8. The rubber roller adopts manual pressure.
9. Differential transmission is adopted for registration. The printingplate can be adjusted 360 degrees vertically. Its transverse adjustment scope is 30mm.
