Advantages
Natural gas or liquefied petroleum gasheating glass tempering furnace has the advantage of significant energy savingimprovement. The gas is richly found in nature, environment-friendly and clean.It is used for heating directly, so the loss caused by heat transfer isreduced. Compared with electrical heating, it saves more than 2/3 cost. As natural gas allows the glasssheets to be evenly heated at a lower temperature (670~690), the heating rate is improved, and the period for theglass staying on the roller is shortened. This enables the glass temperingfurnace to minimize the chances of glass deformation, and improve the productionrate and glass quality.
Use
The gas heating glass tempering furnace is used tomake flat toughened glass which is widely used in the fields of architecture,decoration, furniture, electronic apparatus, vehicles, ships, aviation, andmore. The glass tempering equipment is also applicable to producing low-e glass(with the e>=0.1).
