Description
The gantry automatic welding machine is part of our steel structure weldingequipment. Theautomatic two-way guide arc device embodies high tracking precision which canfulfill the dynamic tracking of welding-seams and achieve reciprocatingwelding.

Features
1. The flux is automatically recycled andcirculated.
2. AC frequency control of motor speed is used for gantry moving ensuringstable operation.
3. The rapid returning speed helps improve work efficiency. It canautomatically stop at the starting position when it returns.
4. Our MZI-1000/1250 submerged arc welding power source can be attached.
5. Lincoln,ESAB, or other brand products can be added in line with clients\'requirements.

Application
The gantry automatic welding machine is used for H beam automatic submerged-arcwelding and double welding head. It can achieveship-model welding for two pieces of H beam at a time.
