Usage Instructions on the Knives and Tools Sharpener
1. Place the knife on a solid, flat surface with the cutting edge facing up. One hand holds the sharpener and the other hand holds the knife or tool, making sure four fingers, except the thumb, are in the finger guard.
2. Straddle the knife’s cutting edge and place the V shaped grinding notch on the blade. Drag the knives and tools sharpener through the blade using a slightly downward pressure.
3. After sharpening, clean the knives and tools using water or wiper, and clean the knives and tools sharpener using a banister brush.

Caution
1. This knife sharpener or tools sharpener is not suitable for sharpening scissors and serrated blades.
