Full automatic filling line mainly applies for dosing & mouth-sealing automatic production line for chemical raw materials, especially for industrial coating, oil, and also for food, pharmacy industry (Customer should provide the materials sample and part characteristics parameter.)

2.It consists of stainless steel dynamic roller conveying line, pail-on, filling, cover-on, cover-pressing, electrical control, vacuum system etc.
3.It can unit with computer in central control room( Optional) to realize functions such as modern management, malfunction alarm, indicating etc.

5.On automatic control page: Press Automatic, the whole machine will starts automatically according to the set order.
6. On manual control page: It is mainly used when equipment commissioning and maintenance is required. Manual control buttons: Each button has its own action. The light of the button shinning means it is working.
