Features
1. Adopt automatic setting barrel equipment; ithas well the delivery speed. The equipment adopted an automatic producing mode,users just need to put the barrel in to the right position and the professionalmanipulator will take out the barrel and send it to filling equipment and setthe barrel on the right position.
2. Double-head filling, mongline-filling
Automatic filling machine equipped with automatic measurement, and it will filling paint into the barrel in accordance withpre-determined quantity. It has fast processing course with good precision, andno pollution. The filled barrels will be sent to the next program by railway.
3. Automatic Settling cap, shelters and sealing individually.
When the filled barrel is sent to Cap-Settling equipment, the Cap settlingequipment will put a cap on the top of barrel by automatic manipulator. Andthen, the automatic sealing machine will press the cap accurately. The wholeprocessing is automatically finished with high precision.
4, Palletizing into tray automatically
After packing the filled paint barrels, it will besent to the automatic palletizing machine. And the manipulator will palletizethe barrels into trays automatically. After the tray is filled with paint-barrels,the manipulator will transport it to the destination.
