2. The screw scraper circles counterclockwise in the inner of evaporator, thus reducing the friction between scraper and evaporator.
3. The fresh water flake ice machine evaporator adopts the high air proof and avoids the leakage.
4. The evaporator and the ice screw scraper use high quality304 stainless steel materials andautomatic argon arc welding.
5. It is featured by one time abscission molding and goodlooking. The life span of evaporator is more than ten years.

2. Accordingto customer’s requirement, we can provide fresh water flake ice machine evaporator with nonstandard voltage like: 60HZ, 200/220V,400V, 440V.
3. The products are applicable for fresh water. Refrigerant is R404A/R22.
4. Thickness of flake ice can be reached at 1.8～2.2mm.
5. Applicable working conditions: ambient temp：0～55℃,water temp:-2～45℃
6. Standard working condition: ambient temp：25℃,water temp:18℃,evaporating temperature: -20℃
