Freeze Drying Machine

The freeze drier of our company is designed and manufactured according to GMP specifications, with the following characteristics:
The parts contacting the products are made of ALSL 316L stainless steel.
The surface roughness reaches R a0.5u m.
The inner circle of the chest has a smooth transition without dead corner, easy to clean.
Steam sterilization and chemical sterilization are optional.

In order to get better cleaning and the sterilization of the equipment, our company also provides automatic running CIP (on-site cleaning) and SIP (steam sterilization) functions.
SIP:
Use overheated pure steam (121).
Adopting cooling water jacket, it can quickly reduce the temperature of the chest after sterilizing. (if less than 20, the equipment is standard configuration.)
Optional pneumatic door lock for automatic locking
Use imported sterilization filter to ensure that the air coming into equipment is absolutely sterilized.
The chest and various kinds of container and tube are all wrapped with imported insulating layer to avoid heat transmission.
Can perform constant humidity control to the refrigeration humidity.
Water circulation pump is equipped to eliminate residual water in sterilization layer.
CIP:
The inner surface of the chest and condenser can be thoroughly washed by high- pressure clean water.
Equip large flow rate CIP pump.
Fixed with CIP tubing to drain the residual water automatically.
Use rotary fixed nozzle with 360-degree spray.
The hydraulic system adopts isolated retractable corrugated tube.

Refrigeration system
Our freeze drying machine uses reliable refrigeration system to freeze the product and condensate the steam produced during freeze-drying procedure. Freeze-drying technology requires the refrigeration system to keep a low temperature status for a long period of time, therefore, a good refrigeration system is needed to achieve this. As an experienced freeze drier manufacturer in China, we only use top grade refrigeration system.
The characteristics of this system include
Use world famous brand, e.g. Frascold, Danfoss, Copeland, Castel, Edwards, and etc.
Double stage half sealed piston compressor is utilized to reach first-class temperature reducing speed rate and super-low temperature.
Greater system power for superior refrigeration performance.
Digital and module design provides good protection function, so as to ensure the smooth running of the system.
The powerful refrigeration system, liquid spray cooling system and other protection installations guarantee the best working temperature and high system reliability.
The sensitive transducing system gives alarm and protection in time in case of abnormal running situation.
Use refrigeration conforming to the world environment protection requirement, such as HCFCR22 and HFCRA.
Special synthetic lubricating oil can eliminate the problems caused by high temperature of normal mineral oil.

Vacuum system
The vacuum system of the freeze drying machine provides a necessary pressure environment to freeze drying procedure. Cooperating with condenser, it is able to achieve the vacuum level required by the freeze-drying procedure. In order to make the system run stably under high vacuum situation, high performance vacuum pump, valve, etc. are required.
The vacuum system of our freeze drier has the following characteristics
Standard configuration, uses Edwards double stage oil sealing revolving plate pump.
Option: Edwards pump
Equipped with two vacuum probes to measure the vacuum level of freeze drying chest and pump respectively.
Option: condenser type vacuum meter.
There are two methods for drying chest vacuum level control: Drying chest vacuum level controls the opening and closing of the air inlet valve, and introduces the sterilized air from sterilized room. Drying chest vacuum level controls the opening degree of the big butterfly valve to reach the purpose of controlling the vacuum level.

The drying chest and water capture valve, circulating pump, spotlight and etc. of the freeze drier all use the first-class components from well-known companies.
They have the following characteristics
A couple-clamping butterfly valve is equipped between the drying chest and water capture to keep a no leakage seal in both directions.
Use labial margin seal design to compensate the change of temperature and pressure during operation.
Eccentric valve rod and eccentric butterfly valve are used to eliminate the wear of upper and lower ends of valve seat during frequent opening.
Electric and pneumatic driving devices are available for choice.
The original electric driver imported can stepless adjust the opening width of butterfly valve, and control the vacuum level of the drying chest to avoid being polluted.
Stainless steel valve body and TEF elastic valve seat can meet GMP standard.
The drying chest and water capturer use viewing glass, which can be equipped with spotlight to obtain clear procedure monitoring.
Shelf refrigerating heating system employs Denmark Grundfos UPS circulation pump and Sweden plate type heat exchanger. Due to the small size exchanger, the heat conduction mediator and energy consumption are reduced and the refrigeration efficiency is improved.

Control system
The control system of the freeze drier provides a reliable whole procedure control for the freeze drier. It has many advanced functions, such as display, recording, printing and alarming.
The control system of our freeze drying machine has the following characteristics
The main air switch, transformer and AC contactor fixed in electric cabinet are Siemens products.
The electric cabinet is fixed on machine frame.
All machine pump motors have overheat protection, and solenoid valve and heating circuit are provided with separate protection.
The display screen uses Mitsubishi touch screen, PLC programmable logic controller, indicating light, sound-light alarming system, and etc.
For temperature measuring and pressure measuring, the components can work normally under high temperature, ultra-low temperature and high vacuum level with good reliability.
The control system has a variety of functions, including: 1. Display the running status of all components of the whole system 2. Store and process the operation information and various data 3. Provide procedure recording report of whole freeze-drying process 4. Give alarm on failure or abnormal situation 6. Provide checking for maintenance. The operator can set and modify data and steps.
