Plate Blister Packing Machine
1. The flat plate blister packing machine provides stepless speed regulation, with the frequency of
punching 15-35 / min.
2. With the adjustable stroke range of 40-120 mm, the machine offers easy
adjustment, and accurate synchronization.
3. Using the plate type mold, and positive pressure forming, the flat plate
blister packing machine has the functions of batch number printing, creasing
and cutting, aluminum / plastic automatic feeding, as well as auto-stop and
alarm when the materials are lacking or running out.
4. The blister packaging machine utilizes the universal feeder with filling
rate higher than 99.5%. The feeder can be
equipped with a dust collection fitting to eliminate the dust problems in the
feeding process.
5. The machine uses the heating which minimizes the heat loss and greatly
reduces the temperature required of the heater.
6. The flat plate blister packing machine has the
advantages of small size, light weight, compact structure, easy operation and
maintenance.
