Fluorosilicone Rubber (FVMQ)
Description:
This fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ) from has both physical propertied and excellent thermal stability. The physical propertied FVMQ is the one that of high tensile strength, tear strength, elongation and low compression set, while the thermal stability FVMQ is the one with cold resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance and good process ability. Our high quality fluorosilicone rubber is different from that of other manufacturers in China, for the details including raw gum, compound. With the control of those details, our products can result in large production scale, even molecular distribution, and full range of available grades and so on. In the process of production, we employ experienced the workers the whole procedure, so that the quality of production lines are guaranteed. Of course, because of having the strong technical capability, we can design and produce the products according to the clients\' requirements.
Please refer to the following chart listing the comparison between fluorosilicone and other manufacturers in China.
Raw Gum Comparison:
| Item | Fluoron | Competitors |
| Raw Material and process control | The first and only Chinese producer who can produce D3F and FVMQ both. With the high-purity raw material, the monomer D3F with purity up to 99.5% and strict control during the entire processes. | Without good monomer produced by them, it\'s hard to supply constant quality as the outsourced D3F material is not assured of high quality. |
| Production Scale | Industrialized production; 50kg to 80kg each batch; Capacity per year is 200tons | 10kg per batch at most; A kind of experimental production; |
| Molecular weight and Catalyst | Raw gum of molecular weight 600000, 800000, 1000000, 1200000, 1500000 or above. It also needs controlled reaction conditions. Besides, molecular weight tolerance of every batch is within 100000. The catalyst we design will remain little after producing. | The molecular distribution of every batch is too wide and the molecular weight is around 1100000 or less. So that the residual of catalyst gives the quality a side effect. |
| Vinyl Content | The vinyl content of raw gums is a fixed value that cannot be adjusted as required ;Can adjust the vinyl content of the raw gum as required to benefit the crosslink of the compound; | The vinyl content of raw gums is a fixed value that cannot be adjusted as required ; |
| Quality Assurance | We have GPC and Ostwald viscometer; Professional quality inspectors inspect and control the quality of the raw material and monomers with 5 GC (gas chromatography ) machines and GPC and Ostwald viscometer; | Without self-supplied D3F, the insecure quality of monomer influences the quality of produced polymers; |
| Technical Support | Great technical team including postdoctoral, doctor and master etc. Strong technical communication and cooperation with the famous research academies and institutes; | Usually supported by literature doc. |
