Coil material: color steel, galvanized steel

Automatic
The automatic decoiler can handle a maximum coilwidth of 1000mm and has a carry capacity of 6000kg. Thehydraulic power of the automatic decoiler is 3kW and it has a motor power of3kW. The inner diameter of the automaticdecoiler’s oil pump is 120mm. The automatic decoiler has a working pressureof 10Mpa.
Forming Device
The manufacturing steps of the forming deviceinvolves 24 forming steps. The mainshafter material is made from 45# steel, outer diameter 80mm. Themotor power of the forming device is 22kW and the operating speed of theforming device is 9-12m/min. The forming device sits atop a 350# U stylesteel welded stand and has a Chromium plated roller surface of 0.05mm.
Hydraulic
The blade material of the hydraulic cutter is Cr12quenched treated. The hydraulic cutter has an advanced hydraulic drive, automatic cutting afterforming, and there is no distorting or wasting.
EquipmentMaintenance
