Float Glass Plant Turnkey Project

We at Yuntong are consistently dedicated to developing andimproving float glass technology over the years. By learning frominternationally advanced technologies, we are able to continually improve theperformance of our float glass equipment.

Our float glass machinery and technologies have won usnumerous satisfied clients at home and abroad.
In April of 2008, we signed the contract with SARATOV GlassInstitute of Russia concerning a 250 t/d float glass production line. The project included the design, manufacture,installation and debugging of the annealing furnace, cold end equipment andcontrol system as well as edge roller. With stable performance, the productionline was applied successfully in the end of August of 2009, and was wellreceived by the client.

In November of 2008, we undertook the project of two 120 t/d ultra-clearfigured glass production lines for Asahi Glass (a world-famous Japaneseenterprise), including the conveying equipment and control system for the coldend system. The project proved to be a success.

In October of 2008, we started the entire project of removing two annealingfurnaces for Shanghai Yaopi Glass Company (700t/d and400t/d), and completed it in July of 2009.

Since 2009, we have now finished many cold end equipment upgrade projects insuch cities as Shangqiu, Zhuzhou,Fuxin,and others.
