Introduction of flat top polyurethane foaming production line:

The flat top polyurethane foaming production line iscurrently main PU production equipment. Polyether, TDI and auxiliary agent areall stored in loading tanks. Components are delivered into mixing headaccording to a certain ratio, then transferred to overflowing vessel and anadjustable falling plate and shall be ready to be conveyed. In the process ofconveying, mixed components shall be foamed and heated to cure. To guaranteecontinuous production, movement of paper-decoiling and paper-wrapping installations are synchronous with foaming process.Continuously foamed plastic shall be cut into required length and moved towardripening warehouse.

The flat top polyurethane foaming production line is kindof a combined machine unit with the constituents of material-storinginstallation, metering device, mixing unit, conveyor, baking channel, paper-decoiling and wrapping installations, cross-cutter, rollersupporter and material-loading system.
