Features of Flat Plate Blister Packaging Machine
Blister forming, hot-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting parts adopt mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel. Besides, the machine employs staff gauge for easy adjusting and exact orientation.
Manipulator towing adopts culms double pendulum device, and widens traction adjustable scope of the itinerary (up to 180mm), which is fit for medicine-card packaging of different sizes.
This kind of pharmacy machinery is equipped with micro-computer PLC, frequency converter and touch panel, and can realizes registration heating, positive forming, up and down moving, air cylinder heating sealing, automatic feeding, lot number printing and cutting.
It forms positive pressure air distribution with mechanical punch for well blister forming, and special automatic feeder can be equipped.
Main transmission part uses parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer. The forming dies, hot-sealing dies and impressing dies adopt bolt orientation for exact orientation, easy die changing and material saving.
Detachable design makes this packing equipment can be easily carried and installed according to user\'s requirements.
Notes: It can optionally add plexiglas cover, ink-jet printer and opposite sealing device with cursor trace.
