Description
The flange straightening machine is used forstraightening the thermal deformation of H beam caused in the welding processof flange and web. The straightening operation is based on the level principlewith upper roller and live roller. When the flange slab bends out of shapepassing, elastic recovery index decreases since force is greater than the yieldpoint of the flange.
Application
Flange straightening machine can be categorized by different straighteningforces of upper roller into two types: mechanical and hydraulic (or A series).Respectively, the two types of straightening machines can be used forstraightening flanges of different thickness and strength levels.
