Working Principle
The tablets move and turn in the clean and closed drum of the film coating machine. It is first sprayed with a coating medium then dried by hot, clean air supplied by the hot air cabinet. The whole process is automatically accomplished by PLC control system.

Characteristics
1.All the processes of this film coating machine are easily controlled through a touch screen. It works automatically and has good stability.
2. The streamlining deflector mixer smoothly rotates the tablets toavoidtablet crashing. This improves the ratio of finished products.
3. It has an automatic feeding and discharging function. The whole process is convenient and highly efficient.
4. Our film coating machine is easy to clean because it is equipped with a high pressure cleaning gun in the coating boiler, which carries out cleaning in 180. A cleaning spray is also installed at exhaust exit and hot air entrance. These sprays rotate automatically and in all-directions to clean every corner of the machine. However, they are optional.
5. Our film coating machine is provided with an imported spray gun to spray the coating medium. The spray gun works only when the shooting pressure is within 0.29-0.39Mpa and the atomizing pressure within 0.4-05Mpa. This is aimed at preventing leakages and blockage. Additionally, the spray gun is fully adjustable in terms of flow, angle, and spraying area.
6. Our film coating machine can also be used for coating a small quantity of tablets without wasting the coating medium. Taking the 150 model as an example, it could be used to coat tablets with a weight of 20kg.

Air exhaust cabinet is used to exhaust air and dust from the film coating machine while keeping the working area under sub pressure (negative pressure). It has a vibration reduction device and timed dust removing function. At the outlet (exhaust), it is fitted with an anti-reflux device which insulates the film coating machine against exhaust air.

Our air cabinet is equipped with a vibration damper. The device produces hot air for the film coating machine. The hot air cabinet uses a centrifugal fan to take in air through a primary filtration device. The air then undergoes three purification processes to reach class 100,000. It is later blown into the film coating machine through a heat exchanger (either steam orelectrothermalmechanism).
