Introduction
Fillingsealing machine is a pharmaceutical machine developed by us using imported technologies and complying with GMP standards. The machine uses a PLC control system and touch screen, to achieve automatic filling, sealing, and batch number printing on viscosity fluids like ointment, jellies, etc. Filling sealing machine is an ideal filling and sealing machine for lead tubes, aluminum tubes, plastic tubes, and laminated tubes in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, binder manufacturing and other industries.

Characteristics
1.This filling sealing machine has 12 work stations and is compatible with different materials and forming demands. By adopting different working stations and a correspondent manipulator, it can satisfy different filling and sealing demands on lead tubes, aluminum tubes, plastic tubes and composite tubes.
2. All the processes, including tube feeding, positioning, tube cleaning (optional), filling, sealing (edge folding), number printing, and finished products exporting, are carried out automatically by this filling sealing machine.
3. Servo control and touch screen work for precision adjustment on the filling quantity.
4. The tube storage hopper can be height-adjusted by the electrical motor to fit the length of different tubes. It has an external reversible feeding device, which works to ensure easy and neat tube filling.
5. The precision tolerance of the mechanical linkage cursor is as small as 0.2mm, thus reducing the chromatic aberration discrepancy between the tubes and the eye mark.
6. This filling sealing machine applies light, electric and pneumatic integrative control. It ceases to work when there is no tube, alarms when the pressure is low and stops when an error occurs or when the safety door is opened.
7. There is an instant heater in the form of an inner three-layer jacket. It causes no damage to the patterns on the outer wall of the tube and ensures an elegant sealing effect.
