Facing Lathe S1-170B
SMTCL facing lathe is equipped with a unidirectional override clutch on the left side of the carriage, which allows for rapid feed to be entered even while the feed-shaft is engaged in normal feed mode, no matter which direction the spindle rotates. The spindle is supported at three points. Spindle braking is by means of hydraulic clutch.
This facing lathe is suitable for turning processes of rough finishing and fine finishing internally and externally, and face turning. In addition, it can also be used for turning a taper in power feed mode.
