Material

1. Thetop of the façade wall aluminum composite cladding is made of aluminum alloysheet with fluoro carbon resin (PVDF)andpolyester resin(PE)roasting painting.
2. The core is made of: non-toxic polyethylene orfireproof material.
3. The back is made from aluminum alloy sheet coated with polyester resinpainting.
4. The surface finish of the façade wall aluminum composite cladding is made ofPVDF / PE coated, brushed finish, mirror finish, wooden faced, marble faced,nano painting, etc.
5. The surface coating thickness is 30 μm 70% KYNAR 500 PVDF.
6. The aluminum alloy sheet thickness is 0.15mm, 0.2mm,0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.45mm,0.50mm.

Quality

1. Under a natural climate the film coating willhave no flakes, rubbles, vestige or pulverization.
2. Under a common environment there will be no flake or rubbles.
3. Under common temperatures and radiation there will be no color difference.
4. According to the international test standard, all the tested items aresatisfied with high-class.
5. Our products with PVDF coating, produced under GB/T17748-1999, have 70%PVDF. Under a common environment, we can guarantee 15~20 years. For FR products, it is good atfireproof, and the FR grade is B1 (according to the standard Q B8624).
