Q: What is your MOQ, Delivery Time, Warranty, Payment, and Production Capacity?

A: 1. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): 500SQM.

2. Delivery Time: Usually between 7and 20 days. Our company accepts OEM, so sometimes the delivery time will be alittle longer.

3. Warranty: PVDF KYNAR 500 coatingfor 20 years. PE (polyester) coating for about 10~15 years.

4. Payment: 30% T/T in advance, 70%T/T against copy of BLor L/C at sight.

5. Production Capacity: 6200 SQM/per day.

Q: Do you have any testcertificates?

A: Yes. Our company has a Quantity ISO9001:2000, Credit Rating AAAlevel. Our products have Fireproof A2 grade SGS based on ASTM standard,Fireproof TUV SUD PSB according to the test given in British Standard 476, andChinese Quality Test Report. We only provide high quality goods.

Q: Where has your OUCO aluminumcomposite panel been exported?

A: Mexico, Israel, Russia,Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Ghana, Sri Lanka, Iraq,etc.

Q: Do you service OEM?

A: Yes. We accept OEM, such as putting your own brand name on theprotective film. The new mold for your brand name or others, which you shouldpurchase, costs about 250~500 USD per color. Our own Brand Name is OUCO. Wealso provide blank protective film.

Q: Whats the available panel size and thickness?

A: 1. Width: 1000~1575mm;1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm are recommended

2. Length: For convenienttransportation, less than 5800mmis recommended

3. Panel Thickness: 3mm~6mm; recommend 4mm

4. Aluminum thickness: 0.12~0.5mm, such as 0.15mm, 0.21mm,0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.45mm,0.5mm. Recommend 0.21mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm

Q: What colors are available?

A: We have more than 50 different kinds ofcolor such as silver, white, red, blue, etc. We can mix any color you requirebased on the RAL color standard. It would be even better to base it on yourown color samples.

A: Yes. We use non-toxic recyclable core material and eco-friendlyaluminum alloy.
