1.You canchoose two operation modes for the fluorescencespectrophotometer: fluorescence intensity and luminous intensity. Fluorescencescanning, kinetic determination and quantity analysis can be done underfluorescence intensity mode.
2. 10 stages gain adjustment can be chosen for emission spectrum scanning,including high speed low S/N scanning and precise scanning. Total spectrumscanning can be done in 1 second. With the intelligent pre scanning feature,the unknown sample\'s spectrum information could be rapidly detected. Theauto-omission of the influence of scattering peak and harmonic peaks, ensurethe best measurement parameters and locate the fluorescence emission peak.
3. The F96PRO fluorescence spectrophotometer can supportoff-line mode and on-line mode. Under off-line mode, instrument\'s computersystem offers the fluorescence intensity measurement, concentration directreading, auto 0 adjustment, auto background subtraction and etc. Under on-linemode, we can use quality and quantity software to control data acquisition andanalysis through USB2.0 interface.
4. The normalized feature for fluorescence value can make differentfluorescence\'s result operable.
5. It has an optional PC qualitative and quantitative software package withexpansible time scanning, wavelength scanning, graphic calculation andstorage-access abilities.
6. It has optional accessories for different measurement, including single holecell holder, fluorescence sample holder for different features, 200l microscale centrifuge tube, micro scale capillary sample holder, semi-auto sampleintroduction accessories, membrane sample accessories, powder sampleaccessories, jacket sample accessories and etc.
