1. The emission monochromatoruses 1200 line diffraction grating. Its large aperture and non-sphericalreflecting mirrors produces extra high sensitivity.
2. The EX light use LED, match with the central wavelengthof 365nm ,420nm,475nm or 525nmnarrow banding-ultralow back grounding precision filters to consist 4 set of EX wavelengthreplacing system. The system can be replaced by the customer and themaintenance is easy.
3. The F93 fluorescence spectrophotometer uses automatic zero adjustment and automatic background subtraction. Ithas eight stage sensitivity adjustment. It offers realtime fluorescence reading display and concentration print out, extra widedynamic range of fluorescence reading, and accurate measurement of minutechanges in samples.
