Usage
THD series medical mixing machine is a highly efficient piece of equipment used for high homogenization mixing of powdered and particle materials in many industries, including pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, light industry and mining.

Features
The medical mixing machine has a unique driven shaft servo mechanism, ensuring smooth operation and reliability with less vibration and a low noise level. Our medical mixing machine needs no foundation and features convenient maintenance and a long service life.

The homogenization of mixing is over 99.5% with minimal mixing time. The loading coefficient reaches 85% - two times more than a traditional rotary mixer. The medical mixing machine's height is quite low thus utilizing a small rotating space, eliminating the need for the skip floor.

The discharge end of the mixing barrel conforms to CGMP standard and uses the eccentricity cone design ensuring the materials are discharged without dead angle and residue. The design makes the machine very easy to clean.
Working Principle
The mixing barrel of medical mixing machine is supported by drive shafts that are crossed in space, vertical to each other, and connected by Y type universal joints. This design is what makes the mixing barrel's unique translation, turning, rocking and rolling motions in a solid three dimensional space. This speeds up the flow and diffusion of the materials being mixed, avoids the specific gravity segregation of materials due to the action of centrifugal force in a traditional mixer, and ensures the materials reach an ideal mixing within a short time.
