Applications
Biochemistry:Emamectinbenozate acts by stimulating the release of g-aminobutyric acid, an inhibitory neurotransmitter, thuscausing paralysis.
Mode of action: It is a non-systemicinsecticide which penetrates leaf tissues by translaminarmovement. It paralyses the lepidoptera, which stopfeeding within hours of ingestion, and die 2-4 days later.
Uses: Emamectin benozateis used for the control of Lepidoptera on vegetables, brassicasand cotton, at up to 16 g/ha, andin pine trees, at 5-25 g/ha.
Formulation types: EC; SG.
As a China-based emamectin benzoate manufacturer, Eastchem supplies a broad range of agricultural chemicalsthat includes dimethoate, methamidophos, aluminum phosphide, tebuconazole, atrazine, glyphosate, andmore.
