1. The EVA granulation production line has functions of mixing, conveying, feeding,extruding, palletizing with heat-cut method, pellets conveying and cooling with air, etc. This is done automatically to produce a continuous flow ofpellets with high efficiency.
2. The EVA granulation machinery occupiesless space and floor area and is installed in a foundation.
3. The mixer, feeding device and extruding device of the pelleting machine have respectivelyheating/cooling system, which can perform closed-circuit temperature controlaccording to the requirement of special technology during the producing course.
4. The feeding mechanism is designed with tapered twin screws to make thematerials get eaten automatically and uniformly. Large chunks of dischargedmaterial from mixer can be fed directly to it.
5. The cylinder and rudder screw are made of high-quality alloy steel-38GM, treated with nitrogen fixation, highharden, and wear and corrosion resistant.
6. An automatic or manual screen changer, which is between the extrusion screwand head, is used to permit fast efficient replacement of the screens when theline is running or stopped.
7. It offers an advanced programmable logic controller PLC and inverters thatuse an electrical system to make the feeding, extruding, and cutting devicework in a great range of speed. The line has the function of interlock, alarmwith light and voice and its control is reliable and perfect.
