Production Process of Salt Bottling Machine
1. Start by placing empty bottles into the feeding-bottle machine, where they are accurately placed or fitted and are conveyed to bottle-setting machine.
2. The bottle-setting machine automatically arranges bottles in sequential order, which are then, conveyed to the filling machine.
3. The filling machine automatically fills salt into bottles as programmed. Additional rapping device is installed at the filling machine for accurate leveling.
4. Finally, filled bottles are conveyed to the capping machine which for caps. It is worth knowing that caps must be put into storage hopper of capping machine in advance.

Our salt bottling equipment is designed with automatic warning device. If bottles, caps or materials are unavailable or opened, the warning system will automatically alarm the system and the entire operation line stops immediately.
