Description of EPSFoam Sheet Unit:
1. EPS (Expanded Polystyrene Foam) foam sheet unit consists of primary screw,secondary screw, butane pump, extruding mould head, molding device, tractionmachine and take-in machine.
2. It adopts the impressive gondidouble-stage high foam technology and uses the general polystyrene as rawmaterial.
3. In the extruding process, vesicant is injected at high pressure. After theprocesses of extrusion, foaming, cooling, molding and traction, it is collectedas finished product.
4. After being molded in the vacuum condition, it can be made into variouspackaging vessels, such as single-use fast food box, aquatic product dish,supermarket dish, cake dish, KT sheet and instant noodles bowl etc.
