PVC Extrusion Profile (Board) Production Line

The PVC profile extrusion line is primarily used to produce PVC door and window profiles, wide door plates, window boards, and multi-hole pipes (four-hole, six-hole, seven-hole, nine-hole, etc.). For different sections and moulds, the PVC extrusion profile production line utilizes a parallel or conical twin-screw extruder of different specifications as well as a specific vacuum forming machine, traction machine, cutting machine, tilter and other auxiliary equipment.

The extruder output is optional within the range of 60-700kgs/hour. Using unique lifting technology, the hauling machine of the PVC board production line offers stable operation, high reliability and large pulling force. The vacuum calibrator uses a large vortex cooling system to facilitate cooling and forming. The cutter of the PVC extrusion profile production line, equipped with a dust reclaimer, offers reasonable design, reliable running and automatic fixed length cutting. For different moulds, the vacuum shaping table with optional specifications including 4m, 6m, 8m, and 11m, etc. is adopted. The use of a parallel twin-screw extruder makes the PVC extrusion profile production line especially suitable for high speed extruding.
