Wood Plastic Composite Board Production Line

With original technology and formula of our company, the wood plastic composite board production line can produce (PE, PP + wood flour) boards. These wood plastic composite products are widely applied to the automotive interior trimming, decorated board, poster board, base material, and decoration of hotels, restaurants and places of entertainment.

The wood plastic composite board production line uses SJMS120/30 vented extruder, and can also match with SJMS80 conical twin-screw extruder. The board production line consists of the hauling unit, sheet shear, edger, and the plating press which provides mirror grinding and independent drive of its three rollers, and frequency control, as well as a water tank for thermostatic control. The equipment is used to manufacture products with width range of 1000-2000mm and thickness between 2-10mm.
