Advantages
The double chamber heating furnace is designed withtwo heating chambers. With different heating temperature and dischargingtemperature for each heating chamber, it greatly reduces the effect on glasstempering quality caused by big temperature difference. It can not only improveglass tempering quality, production rate and production efficiency, but alsoincrease the yields by 1.5 to 1.8 times. In order to meet differentrequirements from customers such as production rate, tempering quality andglass type, radiation, topconvection and full convection tempering technologies can be utilized by thedual-chamber flat glass tempering furnace.
Use
The flat glass temperingfurnace is used to make flat toughened glass which is widely used in the fieldsof architecture, decoration, furniture, electronic apparatus, vehicles, ships,aviation, and more. The glass tempering equipment is also applicable toproducing low-e glass (with the e>=0.02).
