Dry Process PU Resin

Dry process PU resin is made by smearing PU resin on release papers with different patterns. It is then dried and adhered with base fabrics (knitted fabric, non-woven fabric). After drying, the patterns on the PU resin are almost the same as those on the release paper. It is then printed to be similar with dermis in terms of its hand feel, flexibility, and appearance.
