Our leather transfer coating line can be divided into: 2 roller coatingmachines and 3 ovens, 3 roller coating machines and 3 ovens, and 3 rollercoating machines and 4 ovens. It utilizes release paper to transfer coatinglayer and stick the wet doublelayer leather Base or doublelayer original layer, thus producing shining, softand flaming transfer leather for leather shoe, suitcase, sofa, clothing andbelt, etc.

1. The whole line adopts coordinated control for frequency converter andelectric motor, which makes all the drives start up and operate synchronously.
2. With high-precision coating head and coating knife, it has three modes:single coating, double coating and tricoating.
3. The coating table employs PLC control.
4. This transfer coating line only needs eight persons to operate, with a dailyoutput of 30, 000 sq.ft.
5. The oven adopts hot-air circulating heating system for uniform heat, withautomatic control of temperature.
6. Two-color and offcolor leather can be producedbased on the characteristics of the line.
7. The cooling roller, guide roller and heating roller are preciously machinedby grinder, with high-precision coaxiality and goodbalance property.
8. Adopting advanced transfer coating technology, this leather processingmachine is easy to operate.
9. Main electrical control components can adopt well-known brands as percustomers\' requirements, with high stability and good reliability.
10. There are two types of oven for your choice: A type and B type. The latterhas a large space and better heating effect.
