Double Z-Arm Blender, Paste Mixer

Longchang double Z-arm blender isdeveloped on the basis of CH series trough mixer. It is suitable for mixingpowdery, pasty materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.

Features
1. The parts that come intocontact with materials are made of stainless steel.

Working Principle
Two Z-shaped arms rotate and repeatedly turn over the target materials. Therotation speeds of two arms are different, and the speed difference can makematerials being mixed uniformly. Adopting electrical control, the paste mixercan stop automatically according to the preset mixing time, thus improvingmixing quality. In addition, the double Z-arm blender uses bottom discharge andautomatic pouring system for convenient discharging and cleaning operations.
