Double glazed glass is made oftwo or more sheets of glass with space partitioned by an aluminum frame filled witha highly efficient quick drying agent. The edge of double glazing glass is sealedby high strength sealants.

Features

1. Double glazed glass saves energy. For the lowheat conductibility of the sealed air between the glass, the insulated glasscan reduce heat transfer from inside to outside. It can save energy by 30%-50%.

2. It offers sound insulation performance. Single layerglass can reduce noise to 20-22dB. Normal insulated glass can reduce noise to29-31, while special insulated glass to 45dB.

3. Double glazed glass is anti-dew. Theglass is filled with enough desiccants which can efficiently absorb vapor inthe inner space or that has penetrated from the outside to ensure the gas ininner space is absolutely dry and won\'t dew.

Application

Doubleglazed glass offers sound insulation and saves energy. It is used for glass curtain walls and light absorption shade ofresidential areas, such as hospitals, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels,libraries, etc.
