Disposable Incontinence Underpad C Series

Airlaid paper, also known as air-laid pulp nonwovens, is made from 100% fluff pulp. The pulp is defibrized to single fibers, which are then formed to knot content. After the defibration process, the water-soluble binder is sprayedon the surface of fibers. Lastly, the pulp can be activated by heat to form paper. With unique physical properties such as high elasticity, textile-like surface and drape, and good water absorption and retention properties, the airlaid paper isused as the core layer of sanitary napkins, health care pads, baby diapers, and other sanitary absorbent products.

Components

1. Surface layer: The soft and breathable nonwoven fabric allows the fluids to permeate into the absorbent layer quickly, keepingthe surface dry.
2. Middle layer: Airlaid paper of high absorbent performance can be mixed with superabsorbent polymer resin, ensuing ahigh absorption and retention function, as well as preventing liquids from returning to the surface of the disposable incontinence underpad.
3. Bottom layer: The PP or PE film effectively prevents leakage, reducing the workload of medical care workers and family members.
