1. The high speed 4-axis CNC processing center is designed to machine the installation holes, gutter channels,lockholes, special-shaped holes, and more of aluminium window, door and curtain walls. Meanwhile, it can also function as an end milling machine and a tapping machine to process aluminum materials.
2. Designed with Italy’s HSD high speed electrical spindle, the 4-axis CNC processing center can complete machining at angles from -90 degrees to +90 degrees, which ensures high operating efficiency.
3. With high quality industrial computer control system, our high speed 4-axis CNC processing center can offer a user operation interface and a graphics programming and machining monitoring interface, so as to allow users to get what they saw.
4. The utilization of high quality servo motor, ball screw, linear guide rail and bearing help ensure the processing precision.
5. Equipped with a 12-position tool magazine, the CNC processing center comes with automatic tool changing function. However, while milling cutters with diameter from 80mm to 150mm are utilized, its adjacent tool positions should not be occupied.
6. The material clamping device can be automatically positioned.
7. Designed with dual worktables, the high speed 4-axis CNC processing machine can machine two or two types of aluminum profiles at the same time, without influence on each other.
8. A lengthened 9m CNC processing center is available upon cutomization request.
