The 600kW diesel ignites low concentration gas generation set is newly brought to market by Shengli in 2010, which is specially designed for the low concentration gas with methane of about 4%~8%.

Technical Features
1. This diesel ignites low concentration gas generator set is ignited by diesel, rather by traditional spark plug. This can solve the problem that the spark plug is not easy to be ignited with low concentration of methane and thus add the ignition energy, very thin mixing gas can be ignited. As a result, the temperature of the cylinder is lower by about 20 than ordinary gas generators.
2. The fuel consumption for igniting is low. Under rated working condition, the consumption rate of diesel is lower than 15g/(kW/h).
3. Using the safety device which is the standard configuration according to low concentration gas generator set, this diesel ignites low concentration gas generator set can fully ensure the safety in transporting and utilization of gas.
4. Easy to operate.
