1. The WZY30-25 mining backhoe loader is manufactured using John Deere technology. All of its key components such as engine, pump, motor and valve are purchased from renowned brands for better reliability.
2. This product can be equipped with the engine that our client requires. Weichai 4105G 55KW engine (in-line, direct injection, four stroke and water cooled) is available, which offers high fuel efficiency, low noise and reliable operation.
3. The hydraulic system adopts triple pump, dual pump convergent/divergent flow structure and steering priority technology. While steering as a top priority, the flows will be converged and supplied to the working hydraulic system when the backhoe loader is steering slowly or not steering, thus greatly improving working performance and avoiding engine overload problem.
4. The travel system adopts hydrostatic drive mode. The motor converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, which is transferred to drive axle through the gearbox.
5. The mining backhoe loader comes with an ergonomically-designed cab, which features reasonable interior design and offers driver all-around visibility due to large windows.
6. It adopts the chassis that is specially manufactured for backhoe loader.
7. The hinge joint between the front and back is located at the midpoint of the wheelbase. This results in small turning radius and low loss of stabilizing moment during steering.
8. The mining backhoe loader is equipped with boom locking rod which helps protect workers around by preventing the boom from dropping down.
