Diesel Engine
Applications ofDiesel Engine:
Diesel engine is mainly used in heavy duty vehicles like heavy duty trucks,luxurious coach and engineering machinery (construction equipments) etc. aswell as generator sets (gensets) and so on.
Features of DieselEngine:
1. High emission standard comparable with Euro3:
(1) Our diesel engine is designed on the basis of Germany DEUTZ AG water-cooledengine BF6M1015C;
(2) Fuel injection system is improved and BOSCH electronic unit pump;
2. High reliability:
(1) Diesel engine TCD2015V06 adopted internal oil circuit and water circuit andthus reduced the circuit failure rate;
(2) Rational structure and reliable performance of crankcase, accessory-bracketand cylinder cover etc.
(3) Low rated speed enable a longer service life of the crank shaft, linkageand bearing as well as other diesel engine parts.
(4) Service life: 1 million km.
3. Low vibration and low noise:
(1) stagger crankshaft design (30)
(2) V6 diesel engine is started under 120 stably with a low vibration.
4. Low speed high torque:
(1) torque reserve is over 30% and even reaches to 45%; so the diesel engineenable vehicles run along heavy gradient;
(2) wide high torque range ensure the vehicles can be used under different workingconditions;
(3) High low speed (1000r/min) torque enable an good acceleration of vehicles.
5. Fuel Economy: Min. diesel consumption rate: 197 g/kwh and engine oil consumption is 0.2% of dieselconsumption; when the engine is working under speed of 1000-1500r/min and loadrange of 50%-100%, its fuel economy is more obvious.
6. Low temperature starting (-35) is possible;
7. Convenient and simple maintenance:
(1) one cylinder has a cover and all engine components have strong commonality.
(2) Engine oil and engine oil strainer is replaced every 250 hours; dieselstrainer is replaced and valve clearance is adjusted every 1,000 hour.
