Flotation Machine

The flotation machine is suitable for separation of ferrous metal, non-metallic minerals, as well as non-ferrous metal such as gold, silver, copper, iron, tungsten, lead, zinc, tin, nickel, tantalum, niobium, manganese ore, coal, etc. Valuable minerals can be recovered through coarse separation, fine separation and reverse flotation processes.

Features
1. The flotation machine offers high air-suction capacity and low power consumption.
2. Each cell has the functions of air suction, slurry absorption and flotation. The cells can form a flotation separation loop independently without any auxiliary equipment.
3. Reasonable mineral slurry circulation greatly reduces the precipitation of coarse sand.
4. There is a self-control device for convenient adjustment of mineral slurry level.
5. The impeller has backward inclined upper and lower vanes, which respectively produce upper and lower circulation of the mineral slurry.
