DIPSwitch (Slide, Right-angle, Piano Type)
DIP switches are always used in a variety of circuits or equipped on variousaccessories. They are generally packaged in plastic boxes in sets, which arecomposed of two switches or more. Main board commonly adopts two types of DIPswitches, slide switch and rocker switch, which are named up to how to turn onand turn off switches. DIP switch is also called toggle switch. We can providethree kinds of DIP switches, including slide type, right-angle type and pianotype.

Soldering andCleaning Processes
1. Keep all switch contacts in their "OFF" position for alloperations.
2. Wave soldering: recommended solder temperature at 260 max.5 seconds.
3. Hand soldering: use a soldering iron of 30W, controlled at 320 approximately 2 seconds, while applyingsolder.
4. Cleaning Process: flux clean using force rinse, high agitation or triplebath cleaning method. Freon TF or TE gives excellent results. When vapormethods are used do not subject the switch to solvents at temperature above 51
