Cylinder Crusher
PSJ cylinder crusher, which is developed based on Y83 series scrap briquette press, is a kind of crushing machine designed to crush the scrapped engine cylinder and iron castings.
In general, cylinder crusher can crush scrapped engine cylinder body into two chunks in normal state. This can make it easier for workers to further smash the cylinder body and make the cylinder body easy to transport and recycle.
Our cylinder crusher can be used in iron casting factories, copper casting factories, and aluminum casting factories, etc.
We can design special cylinder crusher according to the overall dimension, wall thickness and materials of the castings to be crushed.
Structural Forms
This cylinder crusher is vertical crushing machine. The cylinder to be crushed is placed on working platform by workers and conveyed automatically to the crushing station by feeding device. The crushing squeezing head works and crushes the cylinder. The crushed cylinder is pushed out by feeding device and sent into transfer trolley.
In general, to crush less than 200 tons of castings, users can choose cylinder crusher with welded frame structure. To crush 200 tons to 315 tons of castings, users can choose cylinder crusher with welded frame structure or four column structure. To crush 500 tons or above, uses should use crusher with four column structure.
Operating Styles
Users can choose manual operation, single-pass automatic operation, or continuous automatic operation according to specific crushing requirements. Automatic operation is controlled by programmable logic controller. PLC model can be chosen by users.

It uses hydraulic drive mode and can work stably and reliably.
This vertical cylinder crusher requires simple foundation.

If there is no power supply, diesel engine can be used as the motive power.
