Plastic Granule Production Line

The plastic granule production line consists of a parallel or conical double-screw extruder, die head, pelletizer, and stainless steel air cooling device. And discharging board of the die head uses high quality alloy steel 38GRMOALA and is tempered. The die body, utilizing 45# forging as material, comes with reasonably designed runner outlet which ensures uniform extrusion of granules. The use of the precision cutter for the plastic granule production line helps ensure smooth cut surface, and extended useful life of the discharge plate. With the stepless variable speed drive motor and stable running, the pelletizer of the plastic granule production line can meet different technical requirements for granulation speed. The cyclone separator together with multiple strong air flow type blowers improves the cooling efficiency and guarantees the fine quality of the plastic granules.
