Foam PVC Board Production Line

Our foam PVC board production line is used to produce foam boards which have sound and heat insulation, and sound-absorbing properties. The foam PVC boards are incombustible, safe to use, moisture and mildew proof, and water and shock resistant. Being weather proof, the products made by our foam PVC board production line can maintain their luster for long and do not age easily. The PVC board products are lightweight, which makes it easy for storage, transportation and construction. Like wooden materials, the PVC foam boards can undergo such processes as drilling, sawing, nailing, planing, and bonding using general tools for wood. In addition to being suitable for thermal shaping, thermal bending and folding, the products by the foam PVC board production line can be welded, and also be bonded with other PVC materials. The surface of the PVC foam board is smooth and suits printing.
