Features
1. The conveyor belt vulcanizing press is a frame structureand equipped with a special purpose hydraulic unit. Both the hot plates andpiston plunger are made of superior material and they are accurately processed andhave high etch and wear resistance.
2. The control system has been taken up with PLC to realizemulti-program automatic control of the curing process. For example, thetemperature of the hot plates can be measured and regulated automatically. Thiswill improve the control level and provide high efficiency of production andlow intensity of labor.
3. Wecan design and manufacture all kinds of non-standard conveyor belt vulcanizingpress units according to the requirements of the customer.
Application
The conveyor beltvulcanizing press is used to vulcanize giant conveyer belts such as nylonconveyer belts, common conveyer belts, anti-fire conveyer belts, wire ropeconveyer belts, etc. The line of conveyor belt vulcanizingpresses are of high automation level and compact advanced structure
