Features
1. The conveyor belt vulcanizing machine has a framestructure and is equipped with a special purpose hydraulic unit. The hot plates and piston plunger are made of superiormaterial, are accurately processed and have high etch and wear resistance.
2. The control system of the conveyor belt vulcanizingmachine has been taken up with PLC to realize multi program automatic controlof the curing process; for example, the temperature of the hot plates can bemeasured and regulated automatically. This will improve the control level andprovide high efficiency of production and low intensity of labor.
3. Wecan design and manufacture all kinds of non-standard conveyor belts.
Applications
