Description
The Best-pal conversion screw air compressor uses thelatest conversion technology.  The aircompression has the advantage of power conservation.  The rotary speed of the main motor changes asper the change of the needed air amount.  In this way, the air compressor will eject theexact amount needed, saving lots of power. In two or three years the money saved from the power cost will farsurpass the price of the air compressor.

Features
1. Low power and energy consumption.  The common air compressor will not eject airduring unloading, but its motor will still consume power.  Generally speaking, the unloading time of theair compressor takes up 20 to 30 percent of the overall operating time.  In the process of unloading, the machineconsumes a considerable amount of power.  Since there is no unloading operation for ourconversion screw air compressor, it can save lots of power.
2. Constant air pressure.  The common aircompressor, such as piston air compressor or screw air compressor, operates inthe repeated procedure of loading, unloading and then loading again.  The pressure differential between loading andunloading is often set as 2 kilograms.  Forexample, when there is 6 kilograms of air in the air compressor, it will startto load air until it reaches 8 kilograms. When the air drops to 6 kilograms, the system will start to load again.  Actually, the system only needs the pressureof 6 kilograms air.  When the air is loadedto 8 kilograms, the air compressor wastes about 15 to 20 percent of power.  But, if the pressure differential is lowered, themachine components, the control valve and the electrical equipment componentswill be easily damaged because of frequent loading.  Fortunately, our conversion screw aircompressor can operate steadily under a certain constant pressure.
3. Small influence on the power grid voltage drop.  The Best-pal conversion screw air compressorrealizes soft start.  There is nofrequent switch of loading and unloading.  The supply current changing rate is low so ithas small influence on the power grid voltage drop.  Our conversion screw air compressor can greatlybenefit self power generation users.
4. Low noise.  With slow acceleration,steady operation and no minimal switching from loading to unloading, ourconversion screw air compressor has the advantage of low noise.
5. Low maintenance cost.  The Best-pal conversion screw air compressor realizessoft start.  There is no suddenmechanical shock or large current shock, so its components have a long servicelife.  The air compressor can save on maintenancecost.
